Ray has been involved in the Australian housing industry and land development for more than 40 years and has held senior positions in some of Australia’s largest building and development companies such as; AV Jennings, Simonds Homes and Devine Limited.

During his senior management positions, Ray managed the sales of over 10,000 homes through online marketing and display home networks in Melbourne, Sydney, and the regional areas of Victoria and New South Wales.
